Job summary

Recovery Centers of America in Monroeville, PA is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the design, planning, construction and maintenance of our facilities. The role drives budgets, schedules, cost estimates and implements maintenance programs to ensure reliable day-to-day operation.

The position oversees space planning, security, maintenance of HVAC and other systems, and coordination with contractors. Strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in a maintenance field, including supervisory responsibility.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work with internal management, staff, and external clients/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversees space allocation, layout, communications services, and facility expansion.
• Plans budgets and schedules facility modifications with cost estimates.
• Initiates planned maintenance programs for office equipment.
• Manages the receiving function including food service receiving.
• Oversees preventive maintenance of facility equipment (HVAC, sprinklers, alarms, etc.).
• Oversees facility security and parking areas.
• Oversees cleaning and general maintenance of the facility.
• Assists in developing and administering the annual budget.
• Supervises contracting crews (housekeeping, dietary, building maintenance).
• Duties may change with notice.
