Job summary

Sabino Recovery is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our treatment center. You will lead Facilities and Housekeeping teams, manage budgets, and ensure a safe, clean environment for staff and clients.

The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, plus hands-on expertise with maintenance tools. Excellent communication and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Proficient with hand and power tools; able to troubleshoot and repair.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Facilities and Housekeeping teams.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Maintain safety, accountability, and service excellence.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate inspections, certifications, and emergency preparedness.
• Maintain maintenance records and asset inventories.
• Oversee building, grounds, and equipment upkeep.
