The role requires 3-5 years of senior facilities leadership, strong HVAC knowledge, budgeting skills, and a track record of leading cross-functional teams in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of senior leadership experience in facilities/maintenance/operations.
• Experience leading teams in a facilities or building operations environment.
• Strong understanding of major building systems, including HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for facilities management operations, including maintenance and custodial services.
• Manage day-to-day operations of a complex, multi-use facility operating in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Lead a team of approximately 10 associates, including skilled trades personnel.
• Foster strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure delivery of white-glove custodial services and exceptional facility standards.
• Oversee building maintenance, HVAC systems, and critical infrastructure.
• Manage third-party vendors and contractors to ensure service quality, compliance, and performance.
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.
• Drive operational excellence through performance metrics, process improvements, and strong leadership practices.
• Own site financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
