Qualifications

• 3–5 years progressive maintenance experience with supervisory duties.

• Ability to work with internal management, staff, clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate space allocation, communications services, and facility expansion.
• Plan budgets and schedules facility modifications; inspect progress.
• Lead planned maintenance programs for office equipment.
• Oversee receiving, including the food service receiving function.
• Manage preventive maintenance of HVAC, alarms, and essential systems.
• Oversee facility security, parking, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Assist in annual budget development and administration.
• Supervise contracting crews including housekeeping and building maintenance.
