Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in a maintenance field, including supervisory responsibility over a multifunctional staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a "can do" attitude.
• Ability to work effectively with internal management, staff, clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversees space allocation, layout, communications services and facility expansion.
• Plans budgets and schedules facility modifications; inspects progress and costs.
• Initiates planned maintenance programs for office equipment.
• Manages receiving functions, including food service receiving.
• Maintains facility equipment (HVAC, sprinklers, alarms, etc.) and day-to-day operations.
• Oversees facility security and parking; supervises cleaning and maintenance.
• Assists in budgeting and administration; supervises contracting crews.
