Job summary

Recovery Centers of America seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, buildings and all facilities operations. The role includes budgeting, scheduling modifications, and cost estimates for equipment and labor.

Responsibilities include managing space planning, security, cleaning, vendor relations, and supervision of various contracting crews to ensure day-to-day facility operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive maintenance experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude are required.
• Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversees coordination of building space allocation, communication services, and facility expansion.
• Plans budgets and schedules facility modifications, including cost estimates; inspects construction progress.
• Initiates planned maintenance programs for office equipment.
• Manages the receiving function, including food service receiving.
• Oversees preventive maintenance of facility equipment (HVAC, sprinkler systems, alarms, etc.).
• Oversees facility security and parking area.
• Oversees cleaning and maintenance of facility.
• Assists in development and administration of the annual budget.
• Supervises contracting crews including housekeeping, dietary, and building maintenance.
