Job summary

EDA Contractors, Inc. seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, improvement, and strategic management of the company’s facilities. You will own all facility-related activities, manage budgets, vendor relationships, and capital projects while partnering with leaders across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• Five+ years of experience managing commercial facilities or related programs.
• Strong project management with ability to oversee multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Owns all facilities for company-owned, leased, and tenant-occupied spaces.
• Oversees day-to-day operation, maintenance, repair, and improvements.
• Develops centralized work order/process and prioritizes tasks.
• Plans renovations, space planning, and capital projects.
• Maintains preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and building envelope components.
• Manages vendor relationships, bids, contracts, and performance.
• Coordinates with departments to minimize operations disruption.
• Guides lease administration and occupancy planning.
• Develops annual operating and capital budgets and tracks costs.
