Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager for Redpoint Starkville in Starkville, MS. You will ensure safety and functionality of the property’s buildings and equipment while guiding the onsite Facilities team and third-party vendors.

In a fast-paced collegiate environment, you will lead preventative maintenance, manage life safety systems, coordinate turn renovations, and supervise technicians to deliver high‑quality service and compliance with OSHA and company standards.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience managing building systems in multi-unit residential properties.
• 5 years of supervisory experience.
• 5 years’ experience with building automation systems and life safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage all building services and preventive maintenance programs to SOPs and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems.
• LeadFacilities Technicians and document all service requests to standards.
• Coordinate vendors, bids, and contracts with General Manager approval.
• Ensure safety procedures, PPE use, and health & safety policies.
