Job summary

Granger Medical Clinic is looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee daily facilities operations across multiple clinic locations. The role partners with the Senior Manager of Facilities & Projects to supervise staff, manage CMMS, and coordinate maintenance and renovation efforts to minimize disruption to patient care.

Responsibilities include leading facilities teams, directing preventive/corrective maintenance, and managing vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of facilities management experience or related field.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Proficiency with a CMMS (Maintenance Connection) and reviewing bids, scopes, and vendor contracts.
• Excellent organization, communication, and time management; ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facilities staff, assign work, and provide performance feedback.
• Direct preventive and corrective maintenance across building systems and coordinate inspections.
• Administer CMMS, route and track work orders from open to close.
• Plan and oversee small-to-midsize facility improvements, obtain bids, and coordinate with leadership.
• Manage vendor relationships, review proposals and invoices, maintain facility records.
• Ensure safety compliance, emergency response readiness, and adherence to OSHA standards.
