Job summary

SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA ENT MSO LLC in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness of all clinic locations. You will partner with Clinic Managers, leadership, vendors, and the Development Team to ensure facilities support safe, efficient patient care.

The role requires owning facility matters from identification to resolution, maintaining tracking systems, and coordinating with property managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities management or related experience.
• Multi-site facilities experience preferred.
• Healthcare, medical office, dental, or similar regulated environment experience preferred.
• Ability to independently manage multiple facility requests, projects, vendors, and deadlines.
• Experience coordinating maintenance involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• Strong vendor-management and contract-negotiation skills.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and work-order tracking.
• Knowledge of OSHA/ADA safety considerations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleanliness, safety, functionality, and maintenance of all clinic locations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for facility-related requests and emergencies.
• Coordinate repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and fixtures.
• Establish preventative maintenance schedules across locations.
• Maintain a centralized system for tracking facility requests, repairs, vendors, and timelines.
• Ensure facility matters move from identification to final resolution.
• Interact with property managers and building representatives for access and coordination.
• Provide timely updates on significant facility matters and project status.
