Job summary

Granger Medical Clinic is hiring a full-time Facilities Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across its locations. The role requires travel between sites, independent work after training, and collaboration with the Facilities Manager and shop teams.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical aptitude, ability to troubleshoot, and basic knowledge of building systems. A valid driver’s license is required, and a strong focus on safety and patient care is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year facilities maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required, ability to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across Granger Medical Clinic locations.
• Respond to work orders and communicate complex issues to the Facilities Manager.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.
• Use hand and power tools safely; maneuver equipment as needed.
• Travel between clinic locations and assist with moves and projects.
• Coordinate with staff and vendors to minimize disruption to clinic operations.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements; maintain clean, safe facilities.
• Support other facilities-related duties as assigned.
