CGL Facility Management is seeking a skilled Facility Manager to supervise maintenance staff across multiple sites, ensuring robust MEP system operation, safety compliance, and cost-effective resource use. You will manage work orders, train teams, and enforce company policies while coordinating with site leadership to meet client objectives.

The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, and quality control, with a focus on OSHA standards and client satisfaction in a dynamic, on-site environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Advanced training or degree in building maintenance, skilled trades, or related experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related disciplines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises employees, including hiring, firing, onboarding, training, and evaluations.
• Reviews job requests and work orders daily to set priorities.
• Supervises maintenance on MEP systems to ensure HVAC, electricity, gas, and other utilities.
• Performs routine facility inspections for safety and operational compliance.
• Implements policies to improve operations and reduce costs.
• Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies; enforces policies.
• Provides staff training and orientation on safety and procedures.
• Communicates with supervisor to resolve issues and improve operations.
• Keeps supervisor informed on progress of work orders and staffing.
