Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other building infrastructure.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or large-scale projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Maintain grounds, including landscaping and waste management, to provide a clean and welcoming environment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, minimizing downtime and disruptions to facility operations.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and scheduled maintenance.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, clients, and vendors.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.

The Facilities/Maintenance Worker will work in a variety of settings, including indoor and outdoor environments. This role requires the ability to lift and move heavy objects, work at heights, and operate various tools and equipment. The position may also require on-call availability for emergencies.
