Job summary

Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, ensuring the facility remains safe, functional, and compliant with healthcare regulations.

You will oversee HVAC, boilers, water systems, generators, and preventive maintenance, while managing supplies and budgets and supervising contractors to meet census-based staffing and budget requirements.

Qualifications

• Healthcare facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, boilers, water systems and emergency systems.
• Ability to develop and manage a preventive maintenance program.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in supply ordering and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations and supervising team members.
• Conduct and document safety inspections and drills.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance program.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC, boilers, water systems, laundry equipment, and generators.
• Manage maintenance supplies and equipment within budget.
• Coordinate work by external contractors.
• Ensure facilities and equipment meet safety regulations.
• Provide job-specific staff training.
• Plan staffing according to census and labor budgets.
