Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide formal supervision to employees.
Schedule and manage the team's daily activities.
Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
Perform facility inspections for quality assurance and safety compliance.
Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures.
Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
