Job summary

JLL in Roanoke, TX is seeking a Facility Manager to lead comprehensive facility services, ensure operational excellence, and strengthen client and vendor relationships. You will drive cost-saving programs, oversee hard and soft services, and guide a dynamic team to deliver results every day.

The role requires at least 3 years in facility management, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with MS Office, SharePoint and CMMS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of facility management experience in corporate environments, third-party providers, or consulting.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple facilities and coordinate hard/soft services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of facility management services to maintain client operations.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs, plan corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee vendor inspections, safety compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage work orders, space planning, and moves, adds and changes.
• Develop and manage budgets with client representatives and report variances.
• Lead staff development and enforce safety training.
