Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical maintenance work and lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in facility maintenance or construction.
• Valid Driver’s License and age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair CRCI facilities and grounds.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Procure and manage inventory of maintenance supplies.
• Supervise residents assigned to maintenance tasks.
