Job summary

Recover-Care is seeking an Assistant Director of Maintenance to support the Maintenance Director with the facility's preventative maintenance program and life safety, along with general upkeep. The role focuses on coordinating repairs and ensuring a safe, compliant building environment.

You will assist with daily maintenance tasks, oversee team members, and participate in evaluations and planning to improve reliability and efficiency across the facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with relevant coursework is desirable.
• Experience in maintenance, HVAC, general contracting, electrical, etc. is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the general repairs, upkeep, and preventative maintenance of the facility.
• Support the Maintenance Director with preventative maintenance program and life safety.
