Mainspring Recovery is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead the facilities team at our Lynchburg, VA campus. You will oversee maintenance, safety, and presentation of the facility, manage third-party contractors, and coordinate preventative programs to ensure a clean, safe environment for staff and clients.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, managing work orders, and maintaining detailed records of inspections and vendor services.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3+ years in facilities or maintenance
• 1+ years in a supervisory or lead role preferred
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, or service contracts is strongly preferred
• Experience maintaining commercial buildings or healthcare facilities preferred

• Oversee all physical properties to ensure safe, clean, well-maintained environments.
• Manage maintenance operations including preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical) for troubleshooting.
• Identify issues and decide when internal repairs suffice vs. when contractors are needed.
• Build strong vendor relationships to ensure timely, reliable service.
• Oversee facility work orders and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct daily facility walkthroughs to identify safety concerns and potential failures.
• Ensure audits and safety checks are completed per regulations.
