Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to keep lanes, attractions, kitchen equipment, and building systems running smoothly. The role requires overseeing daily repairs, implementing preventive maintenance, and acting as the on-site technical expert to minimize downtime.

You will lead a maintenance team, manage vendors and budgets, and ensure safety compliance. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required to keep centers fully operational.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume setting.
• Experience supervising a maintenance team and coordinating preventive maintenance.
• Budgeting for preventive maintenance and cost control with vendors.
• Strong safety program knowledge including OSHA standards.
• Ability to lead teams and train staff for safe, quality maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules, document all work, and monitor equipment performance to prevent failures.
• Serve as on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting with speed and accuracy.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
