Job summary

Colorado Mountain College's non-residential campus seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee facilities management and maintenance, coordinating staff and outside contractors across plumbing, HVAC, grounds and safety programs.

You'll develop and administer the campus facilities budget, supervise a diverse team, ensure compliance with OSHA and safety policies, and work with architects, engineers and vendors on renovations and new construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education with related experience; or Associate's degree with relevant experience; or high school diploma/GED with significant related experience.
• Certifications such as CFM, SFP, FMP or CEFP are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, and manages staff.
• Oversees the cleaning and maintenance of all campus facilities and equipment.
• Initiates planned/preventive maintenance programs and manages repairs.
• Oversees grounds functions including landscaping, irrigation, snow removal.
• Coordinates outside contractor services and monitors campus safety and security.
• Develops and administers the campus facilities budget and manages safety/compliance matters.
