Job summary

Colorado Mountain College is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, custodial services, safety, and grounds for a non-residential campus. You will coordinate staff and external contractors, manage budgets, and ensure smooth operations across multiple buildings.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s or higher with related experience, or an Associate’s with more years, or a HS/GED with substantial experience. Certifications are a plus; bilingual abilities preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with one year of related experience, or an Associate’s degree with three years, or a HS/GED with five years of related experience.
• Certifications such as CFM, SFP, FMP, CEFP are desirable but not required.
• Knowledge of facilities management, budgeting, and web-based control systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair, custodial services, and building safety for a non-residential campus.
• Coordinate work of employees and outside contractors across multiple service sites.
• Manage budget responsibilities and staff supervision as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and campus policies; supervise on-call duties when required.
