Qualifications

• Hires, trains, and manages staff.

• Initiates planned/preventive maintenance programs.
• Manages grounds functions including landscaping and irrigation.
• Coordinates outside contractor services.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers campus facilities budget.
• Monitors safety and compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Supervises, coordinates and supports campus office moves and installations.
• Ensures reliability of building space allocation and parking management.
• Directs after-hours emergency on-call services if needed.
