Job summary
Colorado Mountain College is seeking a Security Coordinator & Facilities Maintenance Technician II to join our facilities team. You will perform a broad range of preventive maintenance, repairs, custodial tasks, and grounds work in and around campus buildings and outdoor spaces, ensuring safe, clean, and functional environments for students and staff.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in campus security or related field.
- Professional training and certifications in the maintenance field desired.
- Valid Colorado driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Train and mentor team members; may lead designated projects.
- Perform maintenance, groundskeeping, and custodial duties to keep facilities clean and safe.
- Repair and maintain campus buildings, utilities, vehicles, equipment, and grounds.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems including plumbing and HVAC.
- Provide locksmith services and carpentry repairs; painting and remodeling support.
- Maintain records, inventory, and supplies; participate in committees; on-call as needed.
