You will drive daily activities, manage capital projects and budgets, supervise staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with local regulations while maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, training, performance evaluations, and hiring oversight.
• Schedule daily activities, set work schedules, assign tasks, and coach staff.
• Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct meetings on facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, budgets, and variance reports.
• Oversee environmental health and safety procedures and compliance.
• Review vendor quotes and procurement for parts, services, and labor.
• Lead process training on maintenance, repairs, and safety practices.
• Model CBRE RISE values and align team with department objectives.
