Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee a team responsible for operations and maintenance across a portfolio of buildings. You will lead staff, coordinate repairs, and manage budgets while maintaining client relationships and ensuring safety standards.

The role emphasizes supervision, performance coaching, and collaboration with vendors to optimize facilities and deliver reliable service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Schedule and manage the team’s daily activities and cross-train staff.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and QA following regulations; suggest upgrades and efficiencies.
• Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Oversee vendor relationships and review price quotes for parts, services, and labor.
• Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
