Performance Foodservice in Minnesota is seeking a Facilities Manager to own the building, grounds and equipment that keep the distribution center running safely and on schedule. You will plan and direct maintenance, refrigeration, dock and building systems, manage contractors and the facilities budget, and lead facility projects from scope through completion.

The role requires 5+ years in facilities maintenance, leadership experience, and solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of facility or building maintenance experience, including 2+ years leading a team or managing contractors.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building controls, refrigeration and dock equipment.
• Experience building and managing a facilities budget, comparing bids and managing service contracts.
• Experience planning and running facility projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsabilités

• Run preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, lighting, fire protection and life-safety systems.
• Keep cooler, freezer and dock refrigeration running within set temperature ranges and respond to alarms promptly.
• Maintain dock doors, levelers, seals, restraints and material-handling areas in safe working order.
• Scope, budget and manage facility projects and capital improvements from planning through closeout.
