Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Manager to own the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of all refrigeration and HVAC systems at the facility in Minnesota. You will lead the refrigeration and maintenance team, setting preventive maintenance standards and managing contractors and capital projects.

You will serve as the site’s technical authority and emergency response lead for refrigeration, overseeing ammonia, CO2, halocarbon systems, and HVAC/building systems

Qualifications

• 5-7 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, forecasts, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Responsibilities
