Job summary

Luckyeagletexas seeks a seasoned Facilities Director to manage the casino property's mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and grounds operations while leading maintenance staff. You will coordinate with the Director of Facilities and drive proactive improvements to maintain safety, reliability, and appearance.

The role requires strong leadership, strict safety compliance, budget oversight, and the ability to work with vendors and contractors to meet deadlines and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• 10 years of supervision experience in a facilities department.
• Knowledge of building operations and asset management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Spanish or other language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Tribal, Federal, and other laws and gaming regulations, as well as KLEC policies and procedures.
• Maintain the highest possible standards of guest services by listening to and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions.
• Conduct property walkthroughs and provide aesthetic recommendations, cost‑effective and efficient operational recommendations.
• Provide weekly property and project status reports.
• Manage direct‑report supervisors, monitoring day‑to‑day activities including performance reviews, rewards, discipline, time and attendance, scheduling, shift bids, training, work planning, assignment, direction, complaint handling, and issue resolution.
• Conduct team member meetings to review policy changes, announce promotions and events, address staff concerns, and promote teamwork.
