Job summary

Seven Feathers Casino Resort is seeking a dedicated Facilities/Maintenance professional to support the Director in maintaining and operating the casino complex and UIDC sites at Exit 99. You will supervise maintenance staff and contractors, ensure safety standards, and manage daily schedules.

The role requires 4–5 years in facilities, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Oregon driver’s license and gaming license eligibility are also necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4–5 years of maintenance/facility experience.
• Analytical and math skills essential.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Customer-service oriented approach with guests and team members.
• Must be able to obtain a Class III Gaming License.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license and UIDC program eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Seven Feathers Casino with daily operations and maintenance of facilities.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs for Seven Feathers Casino Resort and UIDC sites at Exit 99.
• Ensure the facility and grounds are clean and safe at all times.
• Train and supervise staff in maintenance, guest relations, and safety.
• Order and manage stock of supplies and equipment for buildings and premises.
• Assist in remodeling and construction projects as needed.
• Plan and implement daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance schedules.
