Job summary

Edgewater Gaming, LLC is seeking an Assistant Director of Facilities to lead the property’s physical environment, ensuring safety, reliability, and guest-ready presentation across hotel, casino, and grounds. Qualifications

• 3 years of facilities operations leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and multi-unit operations.
• Strong budget, planning and analytical skills.
• Ability to read technical documents and regulatory reports.
• English communication skills; pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee department operations.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain leadership teams to foster engagement and accountability.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with defined KPIs.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and performance metrics; drive cost-efficiency while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align departmental efforts with enterprise-wide priorities.
• Promote guest service standards and resolve escalated concerns with sound judgment.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to ensure safety and compliance of all systems.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules for hotel, casino, and grounds to remain guest-ready.
• Assist in developing and managing the annual departmental operating budget; oversee payroll duties.
