Job summary

Edgewater Gaming, LLC in Laughlin, NV is seeking an Assistant Director of Facilities to lead the property’s physical environment, ensuring safety and guest-ready presentation. You’ll supervise shifts, manage budgets, and drive a robust maintenance program while collaborating across departments to uphold regulatory compliance and service standards.

This safety-sensitive role requires a pre-employment drug screen, 21+ years of age, a high school diploma or higher, and the ability to obtain work

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in facilities operations with progressive leadership.
• Proven ability to lead large teams across multi-unit operations.
• Strong decision-making, planning, and analytical skills with measurable results.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving change across an organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of assigned department(s).
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain leadership teams to foster growth.
• Translate objectives into actionable plans with defined performance indicators.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and performance; drive cost-efficiency with compliance.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to align with enterprise priorities.
• Maintain guest service culture and resolve escalated concerns with sound judgment.
• Maintain preventative maintenance to ensure reliability, safety, and compliance.
• Coordinate daily/weekly/long-term maintenance schedules for hotel, casino, and grounds.
• Develop and manage annual departmental operating budgets.
• Oversee payroll and administrative duties per company policies.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws, internal controls, and regulations.
