Qualifications

• 3 years of facilities operations experience with progressive leadership.
• Proven success in leading large teams and multi-unit operations.
• Strong decision-making, planning, and analytical skills with measurable goals.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities to lead change.
• Adept at navigating ambiguity and adapting leadership style.
• Proven ability to build inclusive, collaborative, high-performance teams.
• Skilled in budget management, workforce planning, and process optimization.
• Knowledge of boilers, HVAC, power distribution, emergency systems, and related equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical documents, schematics, and regulatory reports.
• Familiar with municipal/city/county building regs and agency relations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiar with analytics tools and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll and administrative duties; ensure accuracy and compliance.
