Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of existing sites and the setup of new facilities across the region. You will coordinate vendors, manage contracts, and ensure health and safety standards are met while driving cost efficiencies.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to travel within the region daily. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain the condition and upkeep of existing sites
• Work on opening new sites within a region, including materials purchasing and facility set-up
• Implement and execute plans to maintain and improve sites
• Ensure sites achieve long-term and short-range objectives
• Ensure properties and buildings are properly maintained and meet health and safety codes
• Secure contracted services such as cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and utilities
• Work closely with site managers regarding repairs, maintenance, and other issues
• Coordinate work performed by outside vendors and equipment/furniture delivery companies
• Review feedback on contracted services and seek competitive bids to improve service and control costs
• Assist with and execute facility set-up at newly opened facilities
• Review utilities consumption and minimize costs
• Ensure the Mission, Vision, and Values are upheld throughout the region
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Travel as required
