O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Facilities Help Desk Coordinator to manage store maintenance requests, coordinate vendor services, and ensure timely resolution of facility issues.

You will oversee work orders from initiation to completion, audit data accuracy, approve proposals, and process invoices, collaborating with store teams and field operations to uphold facility standards. This role supports continuous improvement across maintenance programs.

Formación

• General knowledge of routine maintenance and repairs for trades such as plumbing, electrical, and irrigation.
• Ability to determine responsibility for repairs and use data history to guide decisions.
• Must prioritize, organize and manage time, with multitasking in changing workloads.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, E-mail, Internet and database systems.

Responsabilidades

• Process work orders and ensure accurate categorization and timely resolution.
• Coordinate vendor dispatch and oversee quality, pricing, and compliance with contractual agreements.
• Audit project files and asset management data to maintain accuracy and completeness.
• Verify requests by contacting store teams and reviewing historical data to delegate to the appropriate vendor/department.
• Work with vendors to approve or reject proposals based on cost, scope, and time frames; schedule parts as needed.
• Follow up to confirm work completion and process invoices accordingly.
