You will lead a team, manage scheduling, and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA standards while coordinating with management and safety personnel.

The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, cost-saving improvements, bid processes for supplies, and potential supervision of other maintenance staff.

Formación

• 4-5 years' experience in management or high-level responsibility for facilities.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• Certification or journeyman status in one or more trades.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for daily maintenance and repair of facilities and grounds systems.
• Ensure ongoing preventative maintenance for HVAC, electrical, lighting, roofing, plumbing, etc.
• Monitor repair and maintenance to optimize resources and costs.
• Supervise contracted work and manage bidding processes for facilities supplies.
