Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an entry-level Facilities Maintenance position to support the corporate campus and assets under supervision. Responsibilities include general maintenance, keeping facilities up to standard, and assisting with moves and grounds upkeep.

Occasional after-hours support and winter snow removal are expected, with opportunities for growth within the facilities team.

Qualifications

• Assist the maintenance team under supervision.
• Maintain campus quality standards.
• Support moves of cubicles and furniture at corporate facilities.
• Maintain office buildings and grounds, including trash removal.

Responsibilities

• Assist the maintenance team with general maintenance as assigned by the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor.
• Work with the facilities team to meet quality maintenance standards.
• Provide support for departmental moves including cubicles, partitions, and office furniture at corporate facilities.
• Conduct grounds maintenance including trash removal and weed control.
• Clear snow on walks and stairs during winter and spread salt as needed.
• Evaluate and inspect interior/exterior of campus buildings for upkeep or repair needs.
• Report and perform repairs under supervision.
• Provide after-hours assistance as directed by Facilities Maintenance Supervisor/Director.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
