Job summary

Housing Kitsap in Silverdale, WA seeks a Maintenance Technician with janitorial focus to keep properties clean and safe. You will handle basic maintenance tasks, support daily operations, and assist with unit turnover under supervision.

The role is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with paid federal holidays. Requires a high school diploma and WA driver’s license; Yardi experience is a plus. Competitive hourly pay from $22.21 to $23.57.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in general maintenance or janitorial preferred.
• Valid Washington driver's license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust in offices and common areas.
• Collect and remove trash and recyclables per schedule.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Assist with unit turnover and 15-business-day readiness goals.
• Report damage or safety hazards to regional lead.
• Maintain work-order records in Yardi.
