Job summary

cw is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician II to uphold reliability, safety, and efficiency of building systems.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, support repairs, and assist with system installations across commercial facilities.With a minimum of five years in industrial or commercial maintenance, you will use CMMS, MS Office, and technical know-how to troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and controls.

Qualifications

• Tech training in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Controls, or related areas.
• Minimum five years in commercial/industrial facility maintenance.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS.
• EPA 608 certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• High school diploma or GED; associate/technical preferred.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review, create, and manage work orders in CMMS.
• Maintain safety and compliance while carrying out maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for repairs and upgrades.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests as needed.
