Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of industrial equipment maintenance experience.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated environments preferred.
• Experience with troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems required.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability initiatives preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP and regulatory environments and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electro-mechanical systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and determine corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Support production operations by responding promptly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Perform equipment setup, installation, upgrades, and modifications as required.
• Execute maintenance work orders and document maintenance activities in the CMMS.
• Assist with validation, qualification, and commissioning activities for new equipment and process improvements.
• Support root cause investigations and CAPA implementations.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with GMP, safety, environmental, and company procedures.
