Job summary

Bolingreen Health & Rehab is seeking a versatile maintenance technician to perform routine tasks that keep our center safe and functional. You will service HVAC filters, electrical systems, plumbing, safety equipment, and general repairs, working with a team that values quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical and lighting.
• Inspect safety equipment and alarms; assist with fire drills and inspections.
• Carry out general repairs and upkeep to keep center operations running smoothly.
• Maintain and clean machinery and equipment; assist with grounds upkeep and minor carpentry as needed.
