Job summary

Bolingreen Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable maintenance technician to keep our center’s HVAC, electrical, plumbing and safety systems in top condition. You’ll perform routine maintenance, operate tools safely, and assist with carpentry and general repairs to support a clean, safe living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Operate electrical tools and equipment safely.
• Test safety systems and alarms.
• Assist with cleaning and general maintenance tasks as needed.
• Support carpentry and minor repairs within the center.
