Job summary

Bolingreen Health & Rehab is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to support a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff. You will perform routine HVAC maintenance, electrical repairs, basic plumbing, and general upkeep throughout the center.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance of HVAC systems and related components.
• Uses electrical tools and equipment as appropriate.
• Tests and maintains safety systems and alarms.
• Repairs plumbing and fixtures, replaces worn parts as needed.
• Maintains building exteriors and grounds to ensure a safe environment.
