A strong work ethic and reliability are essential for supporting our clinical spaces and patient services. The position includes safety-conscious duties, ability to read plans, and routine inspections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training a plus.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling.
• Valid Georgia driver’s license required.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred; not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Handle minor electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair locks, hinges, cabinets, and related fixtures.
• Service kitchen appliances and emergency equipment and report issues.
• Assist in obtaining quotes and coordinate with outside vendors as needed.
• Operate alarms and respond to calls during/after hours as required.
