St. Barnabas Health System is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our mission-driven team. This full-time role involves servicing HVAC units across multiple facilities, performing routine grounds and facility maintenance, and addressing repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more.

Qualifications

HVAC experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Service heating and cooling units at all facilities.
Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveway.
Repair facility and equipment including plumbing, plastering, painting, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical.
Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as requested.
Keep work areas clean and equipment/tools stored after work.
Adhere to preventative maintenance schedule set by supervisor.
On-call for emergency conditions/situations.
