Job summary

Rio Staffing LLC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Burlington, WA to support operations by keeping the facility, grounds, and equipment in top condition. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC-related tasks, landscaping, and custodial duties while assisting production and warehouse teams as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic safety-focused tool use, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to safely use electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural, and landscaping tools.

Responsibilities

Create and submit reports on maintenance, repairs, safety issues, and other occurrences to the Operations and General Managers.
Perform minor plumbing repairs and electrical fixes.
Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical equipment and HVAC components.
Execute structural repairs across the building, including floors, walls, ceilings, drywall, painting, roofs, and gutters.
Maintain landscaping and grounds and perform custodial tasks.
Secure the facility by ensuring doors are locked after hours.
Support warehouse and production tasks as needed.
