Job summary

TalentHires is seeking a Maintenance Technician III in Burlington, WA. This role requires performing preventative maintenance on facility and process equipment while managing downtime effectively.

The ideal candidate will have 6 or more years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, knowledge of troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 years of maintenance experience or 4 years with a recognized trade certification.
• Knowledge of HVAC and air compressor equipment preferred.
• Ability to lift loads upwards of 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Diagnose faults on electrical equipment or systems.
• Repair and replace electrical, hydraulic, and electronic components as needed.

Skills

Troubleshooting of electrical & mechanical equipment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to operate hand tools and machinery

Strong diagnostic and analytical skills

Ability to read wiring diagrams

Education

6 years of maintenance experience

309A – Electrician – Construction & Maintenance or 433A – Industrial Mechanic

Tools

Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

Electrical tools

Hydraulic systems knowledge
