Job summary

Premium Production is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist in a full-time role in Utah. The position handles day-to-day work orders, inspects facilities, and fixes basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural issues.

You will report to the Facility Maintenance Manager, owning tasks through to completion with a practical, hands-on approach. Requirements include 1+ year of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and knowledge of basic tools.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on facility maintenance or similar trade experience preferred.
• Practical knowledge of hand and power tools for basic repairs.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.
• Experience with cGMP or 21 CFR 111 is a strong plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform active manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders quickly and perform basic repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building fixtures.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain plant grounds, parking areas, and walkways.
• Follow 21 CFR 111 regulatory requirements to maintain sanitary conditions and prevent contamination.
• Monitor plumbing, drainage, and handwashing stations for safe operation.
• Dispose of trash and hazardous materials per environmental and safety standards.
• Track inventory for tools and maintenance supplies to support repairs.
• Identify safety hazards or system malfunctions and report or fix them.
