Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of building systems and report issues.
• Carry out simple maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
• Assist facilities team with projects and facility upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment.
• Maintain facility grounds, landscaping and snow removal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
