Job summary

Spring River Mental Health & Wellness, Inc. is seeking a General Maintenance Worker to upkeep buildings and grounds across SRMHW sites. Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, inspections, and coordinating repairs with the maintenance team.

This full-time on-site role requires mobility, the ability to travel between sites, and adherence to safety standards. Competitive benefits and a stable work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of building, grounds, and vehicle maintenance preferred.
• Must pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record checks.
• Ability to relate well with the public, patients and staff.
• Strict confidentiality of SRMHW operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SRMHW facilities and grounds in top condition.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting work to maintain SRMHW buildings.
• Plan inspections, repairs, and coordinate with maintenance team to meet SRMHW standards.
• Travel between sites to inspect facilities and prioritize repairs.
• Oversee maintenance contracts and service work; process repair requests.
• Complete safety checks of vehicles and schedule repairs.
• Seasonal landscaping and grounds maintenance; outdoor upkeep.
• Assist with annual fire marshal inspections and related compliance.
